Anton Dibowitz, Interim President and Chief Executive Officer

Anton Dibowitz, age 49, served as an advisor of Seadrill Ltd. from November 2020 until March 2021. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Seadrill Ltd. from July 2017 until October 2020. Prior to this Mr. Dibowitz served as Executive Vice President of Seadrill Management since June 2016, and as Chief Commercial Officer since January 2013. He has over 20 years drilling industry experience. Prior to joining Seadrill, Mr. Dibowitz held various positions within tax, process reengineering and marketing at Transocean Ltd. and Ernst & Young LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and Master's degrees in Professional Accounting (MPA) and Business Administration (MBA).

Darin Gibbins, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer

On August 18, 2021, the Board appointed Darin Gibbins to serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective as of September 3, 2021. Mr. Gibbins has served as Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer of the Company since June 2020 and has also served as Vice President, Treasurer of the Company from April 2019 through June 2020. Prior to joining the Company, he spent over thirteen years at Rowan Companies plc, beginning in November 2006. At Rowan Companies plc, he most recently served as Vice President, FP&A and Treasurer from February 2017 to April 2019 and Treasurer & Director, Financial Planning from March 2016 through February 2017. Mr. Gibbins also worked as a Senior Consultant at Protiviti Inc. from August 2004 through November 2006. Mr. Gibbins is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Accounting.

Elizabeth Darby, Interim General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

Elizabeth Darby became Interim General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in June 2021. Previously, she served as Chief Compliance Officer since 2018 and as Ensco’s Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary from 2015 until 2018. She joined Ensco in 2011 in connection with the Pride International acquisition, where she had been a member of the legal team since 2004. Throughout her tenure, Ms Darby has served as Chief Counsel, Corporate and Securities; Senior Securities and Compliance Counsel; and Senior Counsel. Before joining Pride International, Ms Darby was an associate in the Corporate & Securities section of Bracewell & Patterson. She holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University Law School and graduated magna cum laude from Mississippi University for Women.

Gilles Luca, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Gilles Luca became Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in December 2019. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Operations Support. He joined Ensco in 1997 and prior to his current position, served as Senior Vice President - Western Hemisphere since December 2014. Mr. Luca also served Ensco as Vice President - Business Development and Strategic Planning, Vice President - Brazil Business Unit and General Manager - Europe and Africa. Before joining Ensco as an Operations Engineer in The Netherlands, Mr. Luca was employed by Foramer Drilling and Schlumberger with assignments in France and Venezuela. He holds a Master Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the French Petroleum Institute and a Bachelor in Civil Engineering.

Christophe Raimbault, Vice President, Interim Head of Marketing

Christophe Raimbault became Vice President - Interim Head of Marketing in September 2021. He previously served as Valaris’ Vice President Contracts and Business Development and had joined predecessor company Rowan in April 2016 as Vice President Marketing. Prior to Joining Rowan, Mr. Raimbault spent 18 years in various managerial roles of increasing responsibility within Transocean and predecessor company GlobalSantaFe, including marketing, corporate planning and operations. He started his career in Oil & Gas as a drilling engineer with Elf Aquitaine in 1991. Mr. Raimbault holds a MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ENSAM ParisTech and has received education at the General Management Program of Harvard Business School.

Jack Winton, Vice President,
Human Resources and Transformation

Jack Winton became Vice President – Corporate Strategy & Integration in April 2019 in connection with the EnscoRowan combination. He joined Rowan in August 2016 and prior to his current position, served as Vice President, International Jackup Operations since June 2017, after serving as General Manager of Trinidad operations. Prior to joining Rowan, Mr. Winton spent over 20 years in several international operational and managerial roles for KCA Deutag including serving as President, Operations for the firm. Mr. Winton holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors from the University of London and a Master of Science Degree in Offshore Engineering from the Robert Gordon University.
