Anton Dibowitz, President and Chief Executive Officer

Anton Dibowitz became the President and Chief Executive Officer of Valaris in December 2021, following his service as the Company’s interim President and Chief Executive Officer since September 2021. Previously, he served as an advisor of Seadrill Ltd. from November 2020 until March 2021. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Seadrill Ltd. from July 2017 until October 2020. Prior to this Mr. Dibowitz served as Executive Vice President of Seadrill Management since June 2016, and as Chief Commercial Officer since January 2013. He has over 20 years of drilling industry experience. Prior to joining Seadrill, Mr. Dibowitz held various positions within tax, process reengineering and marketing at Transocean Ltd. and Ernst & Young LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and Master's degrees in Professional Accounting (MPA) and Business Administration (MBA).

Gilles Luca, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Gilles Luca became Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in December 2019. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Operations Support. He joined Ensco in 1997 and prior to his current position, served as Senior Vice President - Western Hemisphere since December 2014. Mr. Luca also served Ensco as Vice President - Business Development and Strategic Planning, Vice President - Brazil Business Unit and General Manager - Europe and Africa. Before joining Ensco as an Operations Engineer in The Netherlands, Mr. Luca was employed by Foramer Drilling and Schlumberger with assignments in France and Venezuela. He holds a Master Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the French Petroleum Institute and a Bachelor in Civil Engineering.

Matt Lyne, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer

Matt Lyne became the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Valaris in September 2022. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer of Seadrill Limited, where he held a number of senior marketing and commercial roles for more than 12 years. Prior to this, he served in a number of senior operational and functional roles with Transocean Ltd. Mr. Lyne has over 20 years of offshore drilling experience in various international locations.

Davor Vukadin, Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Davor Vukadin was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in May 2022. Before being named to his current position, Mr. Vukadin served as Associate General Counsel and Secretary. Previously, he served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary; he joined Valaris as Senior Counsel in 2014. Prior to joining Valaris, Mr. Vukadin practiced corporate and securities law with the law firm of Norton Rose Fulbright for thirteen years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from The University of Chicago and a Juris Doctorate Degree from The University of Texas School of Law.

Chris Weber, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Chris Weber became the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Valaris in August 2022. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of LUFKIN Industries, a leading global provider of rod lift optimization solutions, products, technologies and services to the oil and gas industry. Mr. Weber has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Abaco Drilling Technologies, Halliburton and Parker Drilling Company, and held senior finance roles at Valaris predecessor companies, Ensco and Pride International. He received an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Wharton School and a BA in Economics and English Literature from Vanderbilt.

Colleen Grable, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Colleen Grable became Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in March 2024. Previously, she served as Vice President and Controller since November 2019. Ms. Grable joined Valaris’ predecessor Ensco plc in 2014 as Director of Corporate Accounting and progressed through various roles, including Assistant Treasurer and Director of External Financial Reporting. Before joining Ensco, Ms. Grable served as Vice President of Finance at Inova Geophysical from 2012 to 2014. She also brings extensive experience from her nearly 15-year tenure in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she rose to the position of Senior Manager before departing in 2012. Ms. Grable is a Certified Public Accountant, having graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting.

Duke Bajenting, Vice President, Strategy and Sustainability

Duke Bajenting became Vice President of Strategy and Sustainability in June 2023. Previously, he was Senior Vice President - Strategy and Transformation at Seadrill. Earlier in his career, he held finance roles at Procter & Gamble and was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. Mr. Bajenting is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and previously qualified as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines and a Masters in Finance from the London Business School.

Olivier Lhommet, Vice President, Operational Integrity

Olivier Lhommet became Vice President, Operational Integrity in June 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer. He Joined Rowan Companies plc in 2013 as Well Control Manager for the Deepwater fleet. Prior to joining Rowan, he held the position of Subsea BOP Control System Engineering Manager at Cameron, a Schlumberger company. Mr. Lhommet holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Lyon - France and a Master’s in Business Administration from Cornell University.
